SHIPPING TAKES APPROXIMATELY 2 to 5 WORKING DAYS
• Exchange and Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment, and the item must be in its original condition with the size tag attached.
• In case of Return, the customer bears the shipping cost to and from the destination, which will be 150 EGP during free shipping periods.
• No requests will be accepted after the specified period.
• Any item that is damaged or missing its tag will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Each shipment is allowed one process only: either a return or an exchange.
• The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees arising from the return or exchange.
• If the customer requests both a return and an exchange, this is only accepted if the shipment contains more than one item.
• During free-shipping promotions, the customer must cover both-way shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
• Refunds are issued only via InstaPay or Cash Wallets within 10 days after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition.
• If the order is refused during inspection while the courier is present, a shipping fee of 85 EGP must be paid.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we provide a free replacement with no additional shipping fees, valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.
